Our client support team was tracking bulk lavender shipments through a spreadsheet that had grown past its useful life. Every dispatch meant manual cross-checks between greenhouse output, transport availability, and delivery windows. The refresh replaced that routine with a single dashboard that pulls the same data into one view: pending orders, load status, and the follow-up flags our coordinators actually use. The goal was not to add more reporting, but to cut the time spent reconciling numbers before a truck leaves the yard.
