Yes. Before the workshop we ask for your incoming material specs, batch sizes, and any recurring issues with consistency or moisture content. The agenda is then built around those points, so the time is spent on what affects your production output.
Most groups include a procurement lead, a quality officer, and someone from production planning. We keep the group under twelve people so questions can be answered on the spot and each participant gets a clear view of the equipment and workflows.
For teams outside New South Wales we run a remote format with a live video tour of the facility, followed by a Q&A on our specification sheets and delivery terms. You also receive a written summary of the session with reference points for your internal audits.
Within five working days we send a short report that lists the topics covered, any sample data shared, and suggested next steps for trialing a supply agreement. You can then decide whether to move to a sample order or a scheduled delivery trial.
Workshops are arranged as part of an active supply discussion or a formal sample request. We do not charge a separate fee for the session itself. Travel and accommodation for on-site visits are covered by your team, and we handle the venue and materials.

Step 1
Send your required grade, volume, and delivery window. We confirm whether we can match it from current greenhouse inventory or schedule a dedicated growing run.
Step 2
Before committing to a full order, we prepare a representative sample. Moisture content, oil yield, and stem-to-flower ratio are verified against your manufacturing spec.
Step 3
Once approved, your batch is harvested, dried, and packed under a quality hold. Every pallet is tagged with batch codes so the trail stays traceable from field to factory.
Step 4
We coordinate freight with your receiving schedule. You get a dispatch notice with tracking, and our logistics team follows up until the goods are signed off at your dock.
Step 5
Within five working days you receive the full documentation pack: certificates of analysis, packing lists, and origin paperwork for your own compliance records.
