These terms govern how manufacturing partners access our bulk lavender and agricultural raw material supply services across Australia.
Lesetoilesdeprovence supplies industrial-grade lavender and agricultural raw materials to corporate manufacturing plants. Our role is limited to cultivation, quality control, and B2B logistics. We do not provide advisory services, processing equipment, or end-product formulation guidance.
Each order is confirmed against agreed specifications covering moisture content, stem length, and delivery window. Manufacturing partners must verify these specifications before dispatch. Once a shipment leaves our greenhouse facility, the confirmed specifications become the baseline for any quality dispute.
Risk transfers to the buyer when the shipment is loaded onto the carrier at our facility. We coordinate transport across Australia but do not act as the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed unless a firm delivery commitment is documented in writing.
Claims regarding quantity or visible condition must be raised within five business days of receipt. Claims regarding hidden defects must be raised within fifteen business days. Buyers must retain a sealed sample from each delivery for independent testing if a dispute arises.
Our liability for any claim related to a single delivery is capped at the invoice value of that delivery. We are not liable for indirect losses including production downtime, lost contracts, or penalties arising from delayed shipments caused by carriers or weather conditions beyond our control.
Either party may terminate a supply agreement with thirty days written notice. We may suspend deliveries immediately if a buyer fails to meet payment terms, provides inaccurate delivery instructions, or violates export or agricultural compliance requirements.
We may revise these terms periodically to reflect changes in regulations or operational practice. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the revision date. Partners with active supply agreements will receive written notice of material changes before they take effect.
